• 8 lbs. Steak - your choice of T-Bone, Porterhouse, New York Strip or Top Sirloin (2 per pkg., cut 1 in. thick)
• 6 lbs. Roast (Chuck, Arm or Rump)

Weights are approximate for some cuts, and price per cut varies based on the options you choose. We will always make up the weight to ensure you get your money’s worth.
