• 8 lbs. Ground Beef
• 3 lbs. 1/3 lb. Hamburger Patties (nine patties) or Beef Roast (Arm, Chuck or Rump)
• 5 lbs. Steak -  your choice of Ribeye, T-Bone, Porterhouse, New York Strip or Top Sirloin (2 per pkg.)
• 3 lbs. Pork Shoulder Roast
• 1 lb. Sliced Dried Beef
• 2 lbs. Tenderized Pork Loin
• 2 lbs. Sausage Links
• 3 lbs. Bacon (Beef and/or Pork)
