• 3 lbs. Steak – your choice of Ribeye, T-Bone, Porterhouse, New York Strip or Top Sirloin (2 steaks per pkg.)
• 3 lbs. Pork Shoulder Roast
• 2 lbs. Sausage Links 
• 2 lbs. Beef or Pork Bacon
