Beef suet is a component of many traditional food preparations. It is famously used in British pies and puddings, but it can also be used in place of other fats for sautéing and pan frying. It is popular to render it down and make into tallow for homemade candles or soap. Tallow soap is exceptionally moisturizing!
Our beef suet is collected from around the kidneys and ranges from 3 - 4 lbs.
